1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of prints and artworks placed via the online shop of Daniel Krumm by consumers within the European Union.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro.

In accordance with Section 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within the European Union to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time is generally 5–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Daniel Krumm until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

In cases of slight negligence, liability shall only apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Copyright

The purchase of a print or artwork does not transfer any copyright or usage rights.

Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
