Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

As the prints offered are produced individually after the order has been placed, no right of withdrawal applies.

Consequences of Withdrawal (if applicable)

If a right of withdrawal applies in individual cases, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform me of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which notification of withdrawal was received.
